Nicholas Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe supports financial analysis and investment due diligence for real estate. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, Mr. Wolfe spent two years at CBRE, a commercial real estate and investment firm, where he was responsible for budget building, variance analysis, and accounting support. Mr. Wolfe is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business, and is currently pursuing the CFA designation.

Matt Bernstein

Mr. Bernstein is a Director of Real Estate responsible for managing C.M. Capital’s multifamily portfolio and working with the executive team to build out the company’s multifamily platform. In this capacity, Matt leverages almost 20 years of experience in institutional multifamily asset management, development and strategy consulting to maximize the revenue potential for C.M. Capital’s portfolio. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, Matt was Vice President and Head of Asset Management at Sentral, a flexible living operator managing a national portfolio of communities. Prior to Sentral, Matt served as Vice President of Asset Management at GID Investment Advisers, where he was responsible for overseeing more than 7,000 units and over $4B in multifamily real estate. Matt began his real estate career at Grubb & Ellis and Essex Property Trust, and earlier worked at various global consulting firms. Matt holds his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC-Berkeley and a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.

David Stoll

Mr. Stoll is the Vice President, Associate Counsel of C.M. Capital Corporation. He advises the Corporation, its Registered Investment Advisor, C.M. Capital Advisors, LLC, and the Cha Family in a variety of legal matters and he is responsible for taxation. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, he was an Associate at the law firms Baker & McKenzie LLP and Baker Botts LLP. Mr. Stoll graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors with Highest Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, and he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation with Distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a Graduate Tax Scholar.

Paul Aiello

Mr. Aiello is Chief Executive Officer of C.M. Capital Corporation (“CMC”) and its wholly owned affiliated Registered Investment Advisor, C.M. Capital Advisors (“CMCA”). Established in 1969, CMC is part of the Hong Kong based Cha Group, a global collection of diversified businesses.  Mr. Aiello has leadership experience in key investing and operating positions in a variety of international firms across numerous platforms. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, his professional experience has been primarily in the Technology, Media and Tele‐communications (TMT) sectors and includes senior positions with Emerald Media, Star Group (NewsCorp Asia), Morgan Stanley Asia, and CS First Boston Ltd Hong Kong.  He also has been a guest Scholar at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing.  Mr. Aiello holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cambridge University and undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Jenchyn Luh

Ms. Luh currently serves as a Board Member of C.M. Capital. She joined C.M. Capital in 1980 and has over 30 years of management experience in investment, real estate, finance, and general administration. Ms. Luh received her bachelor of science from National Taiwan University and Master of Business Administration from Oregon State University.

Chris Joliet

Mr. Joliet leads C.M. Capital’s information technology initiatives. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, he held senior IT positions at ONSET Ventures, Jawbone (Aliph), and cofounded an IT consulting firm that catered to Venture Capital firms. Mr.Joliet holds a BS from Sonoma State University.

Bella He

Ms. He supports C.M. Capital’s asset management and investment related activities in real estate. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, Ms. He spent two years at CMR Investments, a real estate investment and asset management firm based in Pasadena, CA. Ms. He was responsible for project underwriting with financial modeling, market research and asset management support. Ms. He holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering from University of Southern California.

Charlie Acton

Mr. Acton supports financial analysis and investment due diligence for real estate. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, Mr. Acton spent seven years at The Karsten Company (based in Weymouth, MA), a real estate firm specializing in development and construction. Mr. Acton was responsible for research, project management, and financial analysis. Mr. Acton is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics and Government.

Wayne Williams

Mr. Williams leads C.M. Capital’s Human Resources and recruiting function.  He brings over 20 years of experience providing guidance and leadership for growth and established companies.  He has broad experience in various industries including professional services, technology and energy production.  Mr. Williams earned his BS from the University of Houston and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Rina Bhagwati

Ms. Bhagwati is the Executive Vice President, Real Estate with C.M. Capital Corporation whose responsibilities include asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and management of limited partnership investment interests. She also facilitates special projects such as refinancing, repositioning and redevelopment of the assets. Ms. Bhagwati has over 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining C.M. Capital in 2005, she was an associate for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic Consulting Group in San Francisco and an analyst for Jones Lang Wootton’s Valuation Group in New York and San Francisco. Ms. Bhagwati is an architect by training. She holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
